Motuara Island Bird Watchers Cruise

Tour Description

Depart Picton at 8:00am and cruise to Motuara Island, a sanctuary that attracts bird lovers
from all over the world. All introduced pests have been removed from the
island, and the island is now home to a variety of native bird species. Spend
approximately 1 hour on the island to walk the track to the top of the lookout
point and back spotting birdlife along the way. The boat will then collect you
from the Island and cruise you back to Picton for approximately 12:30pm.

On Board Facilities

To reduce environmental impact Beachcomber Cruises no longer use any single use cups on board any of

our vessels. We have reusable souvenir keep cups available to purchase in the office
prior to departure, we then provide complimentary tea and coffee to enjoy during
the tour.
